Currently working with B.A.G. Films as VP - OPERATIONS from 2006 till date. Vinay joined B.A.G. FILMS in 1995. He started his carrier in B.A.G. films as accounts officer since 1995.

 In the process of accounts he was the cost controller for all the programmes produced by the company. He has then given the responsibility of Executive Producer for the company’s Programmes in 1999. He also established Bombay Office for fiction programmes.

 He was then given the responsibility of G.M. Operations in 2004 for news, apart from other fiction programmes that he was doing as executive producer. Was promoted as A.V.P. Operations in 2006 when BAG expanded in Radio and planning would be started for TV channel.  He is Post Graduate in Commerce and has done LLB from Lucknow University.

He is also leading Radio Dhamaal and has launched its 10 FM radio stations. He also launched 2 TV news channels - News24 and E24 as a part of team with the responsibility of Purchase and import of capital goods, logistics supports and interaction with the Technical team. As Executive Producers we have completed Punjabi Film Mannat produced by B.A.G. Films.
